Support for Healing and Empowerment
Sometimes life leaves us feeling drained, disconnected, or carrying more than we can handle. You don’t have to do it alone.
I’m Nick (he/him), an elder millennial, queer, Mexican American therapist offering virtual therapy to individuals and couples across Washington State. As someone who lives with PTSD and bipolar disorder, I understand these challenges from the inside out. I’ve also experienced profound loss, and my work is deeply informed by navigating grief alongside clients.
My approach is person-centered, LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and holistic. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, gentle movement, breathwork, expressive arts, and creative tools—all tailored to your pace and needs. Together, we gently explore the origins of unease, release its grip on the present, and cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and peace.
You are the expert of your own experience, and therapy with me is a safe, supportive space where your story is seen, your body is honored, and your growth is guided with care and respect. It’s an honor to witness the transformation from “I’m broken” to “I’m worthy just as I am,” and that change inspires me every day.
If you’re a millennial seeking a therapist who understands the interplay of trauma, grief, and mental health—and who can guide healing without forcing or rushing the process—I’m here to walk alongside you.
