Support for Healing and Empowerment

You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by self-doubt. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to carry it alone.

I’m Nick (he/him), a queer, Mexican American therapist offering virtual somatic therapy to individuals and couples across Washington State. My work helps you reconnect with your body, your story, and your worth—at a pace that feels right for you.

Many clients come to therapy feeling burdened by low self-worth, racing thoughts, or disconnection. Over time, they describe feeling calmer, clearer, and more confident. It’s powerful to witness the shift from “I’m broken” to “I’m worthy, just as I am.” This transformation is deeply personal—and completely possible.

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through relationship, presence, and care. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a research-supported therapy that helps your brain process trauma naturally—without needing to relive every detail. EMDR can support lasting change, especially for those carrying unresolved pain, anxiety, or identity-based trauma.

I also integrate elements of somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness, expressive arts, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). This allows us to tailor the work to your specific needs—whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, or life transitions.

I believe you are the expert of your own lived experience. My role is to walk alongside you—offering guidance, tools, and care as you move toward greater self-understanding and emotional balance. Therapy is an investment in your healing, your self-trust, and your empowerment.

At the heart of this work is relationship. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where your thoughts, emotions, and body-based experiences can be explored with curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll define what healing looks like for you and nurture the growth that’s already unfolding within.
